Resource Coordinator, Professional Services

This role will be responsible for collaborating with business, project management, and technical teams to adequately staff Professional Services implementations and assist with Professional Services (PS) operations.  Primary responsibilities for this role will include maximizing staffing assignments for efficient utilization of resources, managing the Professional Services automation tool and it resourcing processes, and various other Professional Services operations support tasks.


  • Work with the department managers to staff projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately
  • Understand capabilities (skill sets) and interests of resources that factor into staffing decisions
  • Facilitate communication to ensure that resources are staffed to projects efficiently
  • Review missing timesheet report and remind/track down employees with missing time sheets
  • Manage the resource staffing process in the PS automation tool
  • Communicate with management on staffing plans
  • Prepare reports showing utilization trends and forecasts for review by management
  • Maintain and provide information about current projects and potential future projects
  • Maintain and provide availability information for resources across multiple locations
  • Solicit feedback on the staffing process and adjust as necessary
  • Provide support with various PS operations initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives as required
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting or Staffing management
  • Proficient skills using resource management software
  • Proficient skills in Excel
  • Ability to problem solve and proactively solution oriented;
  • Must be able to simultaneously focus on big picture, details and driving results.

  •  Preferred: Experience with OpenAir
