Brad Rogers joins Onit’s executive leadership team with more than 27 years of transformation, process excellence, strategic planning and legal operations leadership experience. As Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth, Brad focuses on developing, communicating, executing and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Leaning on his wealth of executive experience, he also bridges traditional departmental silos across the company to perfect internal alignment as it applies to revenue growth.
Before joining Onit, Brad served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Staff for Advocacy and Oversight at a Fortune 100 global financial services company with more than $1 trillion in assets under management and 14,000 employees globally. While there, he had a leadership role in building legal operations capabilities designed to drive productivity and cost reductions. Before that, Brad was Managing Director for Process Excellence, Reengineering and transformation at TIAA and held key executive positions at Bank of America, GE and JP Morgan Chase.
Brad holds an MBA in Competitive Strategy and Quantitative Methods from Fordham University, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality and Change Management (GE Certified).
