For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process Personal Data the role of a processor on behalf of our customers.

We also allow the uploading of documents (for example, staffing and pricing information, details on bids, and company bios) to facilitate transactions between parties on the Site.

If you provide Personal Data or Company Data, you acknowledge and agree that such data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Bodhala and the authorized third parties referred to herein, such data may be analyzed by Bodhala employees to facilitate transactions between parties on the site, and such data may be analyzed and shared in aggregated and anonymized form. Information on individual matters is kept completely confidential and is not shared outside Bodhala.

Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When you interact with Bodhala through the Site or Services, we receive and store certain identifiable and non-identifiable information about you. Such information, which may be collected passively using various technologies or through other means, cannot be used to specifically identify you.

We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
