For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process Personal Data the role of a processor on behalf of our customers.

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information such as when you register for access to the Services or a request for a demo (for example, contact information such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number) and when you contact us with inquiries.

Company Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Company Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information such as when you are submitting a bid or providing information regarding your company or firm (for example, company or firm name, name/title of contacts or references, email addresses, mailing address, phone number, pricing and staffing information, and any other information deemed appropriate to conduct a transaction using the Services). Information on individual matters is kept completely confidential and is not shared outside Bodhala.

Non-Identifiable or Aggregated Data: When you interact with Bodhala through the Site or Services, we receive and store certain identifiable and non-identifiable information about you. Such information, which may be collected passively using various technologies or through other means, cannot be used to specifically identify you.

We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. IP addresses may also be recorded for security and monitoring purposes. Bodhala may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Bodhala affiliates, agents or service providers. Bodhala may use cookies to store User’s preferences and to record session information. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the User’s computer tied to information about the User. At our discretion, we may use both “session ID cookies” and “persistent cookies.” More specifically, we may use session ID cookies to confirm that Users are logged in thereby making it easier for users to navigate our Services or Site.
