This App provides a secure intake mechanism to allow employees to report incidents. Both named and anonymous reporting is fully supported.
1. On-the-job accidents must be reported to Human Resources and investigated. An accident includes any incident that may cause minor or severe injury or an incident that results from negligence or inadequate safety precautions. Minor incidents may go through the standard channels but major incidents need immediate attention. The Employee Incidents App enables any staff member to report a major on-the-job accident and for Human Resources to perform an investigation and case management.
2. Manage user safety incidents and the tasks required to remediate them with this App. It provides a process to log, track, and manage the status of reported incidents, together with their related tasks and documents.
