Account Executive

East Coast - USA

As an Account Executive for Onit, you will be working with leaders at some of the biggest and most influential companies in the world to develop innovative operations processes using Onit App Builder. Onit App Builder is a business process management platform that is highly adaptive, easy to configure and maintain. Currently, more than 300 workflows have been built using App Builder to solve multi-billion dollar problems in Fortune 500 companies.

You will partner with an Onit Process Implementation Consultant from the very beginning — working together as a team to develop and deliver Apps and other prospecting materials, drive client relationships through the design and delivery of Apps, and ultimately lead a revolution in the enterprise software market.

As an Account Executive, you will be a creative, energetic self-starter. You are an experienced hunter who understands the sales process, how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward and compress decision cycles. We are looking for the type of person who can execute, and set the standard for this role, and then build and lead a team in a year or two.


  • Identify and call on key stakeholders including C-Level executives within our target markets

Full Stack Developer


As a Full Stack Developer at Onit, you will help design, develop, and implement new modules and APIs for the Onit App Builder. We do not hire based on a specific list of programming languages or technologies. Currently, we use Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, jQuery, ExtJS, MySQL, and MongoDB. We are an agile software development shop, and believe in automated testing. If you’re a good fit, you will be able to master any technology, language, or development environment that we need in the future. 


  • Plan, build and launch features for our products
  • Work closely with our designers and project management team to craft well thought out user experiences

  • Excellent coding skills as demonstrated by critical contributions to successful projects

Implementation Developer

Houston or Austin

As an Implementation Developer, you will be configuring, testing and launching Onit Apps for our clients utilizing Onit’s suite of products. You will primarily be teaming with an Implementation Manager but for simpler deployments/enhancements you could work directly with the client.


  • Translate customer requirements (mostly business process and data modeling) into solution design plan
  • Configure/build Onit Apps based on the defined solution design
  • Develop and document the test plan for configured Apps
  • Assist the client lead in launching Apps and training the customer
  • Team with internal resources from marking and sales to help define scope of services required
  • Proactively evolve/enhance tools and assets utilized for implementations

IT Help Desk Support Technician

Onit is looking for an IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our internal customers across numerous geographical locations. To be successful in this role, great people skills are a must as well as an insane need to help people solve problems quickly so they can get back to work. The individual we seek is bright, creative and a problem solver. You must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently without day-to-day oversight.


  • Investigate and resolve support requests to a final resolution
  • Maintain and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software
  • Install and deploy desktops, laptops and mobile devices
  • Field support requests from end users by telephone, e-mail and ticketing system

Senior Solution Architect - ELM


We're looking to add a rockstar Senior Solution Architect to our fast-growing implementation team! In this role you'll architect robust solutions for Fortune 1000 customers using the Onit platform. You'll lead all technical aspects of implementations, which includes collecting requirements, building workflows, user interfaces, security profiles, reports, training/demonstrating, handling support issues, and much more. This position reports to our VP of Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) Solutions and is based in Houston, Texas.

We're looking for someone who is awesome because:

  • You have deep experience leading (or being a major contributor to) the technical side of a complex software implementation
  • You're entirely comfortable and savvy working directly with smart and demanding customers
  • You can code in some capacity (in any language), and have built one or more basic to moderately advanced programs that have been used to solve real-world problems. While the Onit platform is primarily a "no-code" solution, a general understanding of programming fundamentals will be important to your success
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced-and dynamic environment, with minimal oversight and direction. You understand what it means to work in a start-up environment
  • You take responsibility for projects end-to-end, from idea to completion
  • You've collected and documented complex technical requirements from clients (or internal stake-holders). While this won't be your primary job (you'll be paired up with a business analyst who will own this part of the project), we all wear multiple hats

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus, as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and automation software
  • Previous consulting experience with software applications is a solid predictor of success

  • Provide front-line and ongoing technical support for Onit’s product
