The role provides world-class technical support via phone, email and online, for clients utilizing Onit’s suite of products. We’re looking to add a rockstar Solution Architect to our fast-growing implementation team! In this role you’ll architect robust solutions for Fortune 1000 customers using the Onit platform. You’ll lead all technical aspects of implementations, which includes collecting requirements, building workflows, user interfaces, security profiles, reports, training/demonstrating, handling support issues, and much more. This position reports to our VP of Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) Solutions and is based in Houston, Texas.

We’re looking for someone who is awesome because:

Onit is looking for a Senior Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) Product Manager. Traditionally ELM has been limited to matter and spend management, but at Onit, ELM actually encompasses the enterprise.  Onit’s App Builder platform helps the legal department automate their entire legal operations and includes processes such as legal service requests, legal process outsourcing and incident response. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

  • Understand the ELM market and competition
  • Partner and collaborate with Sales, clients and partners that build application to understand how Onit can better support legal department operations.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing human resources support to the U.S. based staff of Onit. This includes providing project support, reporting, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, training and office administration.  The Generalist will provide support in communicating, delivering and influencing human resources strategies and procedures across the business entity. The Generalist will work closely with the Administration team and participate in cross functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
  • Performs benefits administration, including monitoring employee eligibility for benefits plans; reviewing benefits with employees and processing enrollment; cancellation or changes; organizing and managing annual open enrollment communications and election process; verifying benefit billing accuracy and processing for payment.

You’ll work with a team of Onit project managers and solution architects, who execute all technical aspects of Managed Services engagements, which includes collecting and documenting requirements, designing custom solutions, project planning, P&L management, handling scheduling issues, and much more.  You will also define and execute improvement opportunities that support the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services line.
