The Onit Group of companies rely upon certain subcontractors and sub-processors to support the delivery of and/or provide functionality to the products and services that they supply. The following is a list of the name(s), activities and locations of such subcontractors and sub-processors by product/service platform.

12/18/25 update: Added Pendo to apply SimpleLegal/Table 4 and removed WalkMe from Table 4 and ZenDesk from Tables 4, 6, 8, and 9.

12/29/25 update:  Added Cisco, Cloudflare and CrowdStrike to Table 10, Legal Files.

1/22/26 update:  Added sub processors for SpendAgent and Unity.

6/5/2026 update: Added several internal tools to Table 1, and added new product Counsel Exchange.

8/17/2026 update: Updated Table 10, BusyLamp; removed Asana from Table 1; removed Cenza from Table 2; removed DataDog from Tables 2 & 9; removed Opendatabot from Table 7; and removed Rackspace from Table 11.
